Earlier this Spring we were blessed with lovely weather as we hosted a new group of yogis in our home in Puglia. Spring symbolises so many things: the end of winter and the beginning of budding flowers and bright sunny days. We get to explore the coast, dip into the inviting sea and feast with strawberries! This year, in between yoga practice, we learned how mozarella, buratta & straciatella are made by our family friend whose family has been making cheese nearby for 4 generations.
