Best Granola Recipe for Fall

Freshly made granola is simple yet fulfilling as you get to add your favorite nuts and guarantee a healthy snack, all it takes is is 30 mins and you’re all set. Give it a go and let me know how you get on.


  • 4 cups of rolled oats
  • 3 cups of nuts (pumpkin seeds, pecan nuts, or just any nuts you have)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • coconut flakes 
  • dried fruit


  1. Mix all ingredients on a tray lined with baking paper, making sure the olive oil and honey coats all the nuts
  2. Press them down in a thin even layer
  3. Bake for 20 mins at 176C tossing them midway and adding coconut flakes 5 mins before time
  4. Add dried fruit (our special is with dried figs)
  5. Let it cool for about 45 mins as the granola becomes crispy, before breaking it into chunks
  6. Keep airtight for a week of two
